The mission of the Eastwood Civic Association is to improve the quality of life for our residents, to protect the value and beauty of our homes and neighborhood assets, and to work with local government officials and law enforcement to protect and serve our citizens.
The ECA is made up of volunteers who donate their time and resources to make our community one of the best places in Houston to live and play. ECA annual membership dues help support the events and initiatives that make Eastwood a place worth calling home — from Neighborhood Night Out and Spring Fiesta to Coffee & Conversations, Quarterly Park Playdates, and more.
Please support our efforts by becoming an ECA member today. Membership is open to current residents and active business owners whose business is within Eastwood boundaries.
All ECA events and general meetings remain open to every community member, whether or not you pay annual membership dues.

- Event Access: Attend all ECA-sponsored community events, including monthly meetings, Spring Fiesta, National Night Out, Kids’ Play Dates, Coffee & Conversations and more
- News & Communication: Receive bi-monthly communications and Eastwood Voice newsletter (3x/year) as well as news, updates, and announcements regarding Greater Eastwood; Interactive website and repository of neighborhood information
- Voice in Community Planning: Participate in and contribute to the Annual Residents’ General Survey
- Committee Involvement: Opportunity to join select ECA committees (subject to Committee Chair approval).
- Direct Access to Leadership: Request meetings with the ECA board members on important matters
- Raise Issues & Topics: Bring questions, concerns, opinions, or topics to general meetings and events following established ECA protocols
$20 individual annually; $45 for household of up to 4 adults over the age of 18 annually
